Description of the practice:
CEPFA provides trainings for vulnerable population (members of problem families, soldiers, refugees). The obstacles they may have refer to educational gaps, physical disabilities, psychological traumas. These obstacles generate challenges such as difficulties in social inclusion, problems with concentration, low motivation, lack of confidence. CEPFA trainings are skill-oriented and assist the learners to meet these challenges. The trainings are designed as achievable, flexible and goal-oriented courses with practical tasks to develop concentration, art therapy exercises, a variety of options to implement the same task and a combination of individual and team work. The teachers work with the school psychologist who trains them and suggests tools to integrate into the training program, mitigate and even solve the problems.
Career guidance arranges an introductory tour for the applicants: they are introduced to each training. That helps them make a conscious choice and it is the first step towards self-confidence. The learners become the members of CEPFA community, they always create a group on a social platform and get in touch with each other and their teacher even after the completion of the training. CEPFA - employers collaboration creates an opportunity for learners to seek jobs and be integrated into the labor market smoothly.
