Dear Ozlem, thank you and this assessment report of how Turkey National Education Ministry, VET schools( management, teachers, students) and private sector reacted and adapted to the COVID situation. It is also a great assessment report on the developments in TVET sector, public-private partnerships, governance and financing of the system. It is a report widely used by the team working on Turkey in ETF. Also it is a report we in ETF have cited, many other EU, OECD and international institutions have referred to in their reporting and analysis where Turkey case is discussed. Dear Ozlem, it is a very interesting report, and I really appreciate the focus on what TVET not only did to continue delivering on its learning objective and skills development, but how it put its resources into being part of the solution, turning the pandemic in yet another (of course difficult) opportunity for learning.
