Challenge: While preparing for global HR certification many participants discovered that their accumulated knowledge and experience are not always converted in qualitative leadership growth and accelerated managerial development. 

Solution: Based on this need we decided to set up a Professional Transformation Program including:

- Leadership potential assessment based on global HR competency model and delivery of feedforward coaching session on growth areas

- Individual coaching sessions to accelerate leadership development based on best transformational approaches and tools

- Developmental exercises and activities in HR executive Workbook to conceptualize the accumulated expertise, broaden and deepen the system thinking and better position partnership role of professionals within the business context

- Delivery of check-in sessions to maximize developmental effect depending on HR leaders’ focus

Innovation: complex development of soft and hard skills in facilitative & coaching way (online format)

Role of the trainer: facilitate developmental sessions, supervise self-study, coach personality and professional challenges of participants

Learning activities: competencies assessment via online survey, feedback session with learning needs exploration, development plan design based on reflected learning, self-study (via self-study guide) and research of thematic items, reflection questions answering & learning summarizing, testing co-developed strategies and approaches in professional setting, key lessons learned identifying
