Gamification or using game design and principles for different reason means to solve problems by planning and resolving different activities via game designs, mechanics and principles. This method is already acknowledged in the world as a valuable and useful tool in learning and as an alternative tool for communication.

I'd love to emphasize using specifically board games as a teaching method. According to research, properly designed cooperative board game not only provides inspiration of learning but also stimulates communication, cooperation and risk assessment and management skills. Playing board games stimulates complex thinking and improves memory. The process helps develop and improve such cognitive skills as decision making, strategic thinking and problem solving skills. One develops the ability to set a goal and achieve it. To win the game, a person needs to set a suitable strategy and be patient. Playing board games is the best opportunity for a person to open up, share emotion and thoughts without stress, it allows shy and withdrawn people to develop individuality and creativity and not be afraid of thinking differently.

In short, board games school provides development and improve to those skill that are somewhat passed by basic or higher education system as they "rely" these skills on family or society. There are very few teachers, lecturers or trainers who use board games in their curricula worldwide and I can say for sure, almost none in Georgia. The role of teacher/trainer is very important on several occasions: First - correctly chosen board game, second - facilitation of the smooth process, third - review of the game results, analyzing feedbacks and discussing gained experience.
