We aim at a multi-level, multi-actor, and multi-country network! ETF networks are unique in many ways, and GLAD has a special ingredient - participatory governance, the role of different actors in Human Capital Development, and much more! Join us on 30 March and let's shape GLAD together!

Over the last years we have studied different aspects of governance of skills development and in this context the launch of GLAD is quite a logical step – to share what we have learned from you and co-create new knowledge for partnership in lifelong learning.
Here a short survey in EN, AR, FR, HR, RO, RU to know you and your expectations better: https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/GLADSurvey2022
Thank you for your response!

That’s an absolutely commendable idea and I am #glad the ETF is building a network taking stock of the best practices around the world and also reckoning with future participants’ viewpoints. After all, the most successful networks are those that have embraced the network’s joint learning and co-creation approaches. Best of luck in setting up an effective network of professionals committed to making a difference in lifelong learning!

Thanks to the speakers and all participants on 30/3! Few take aways from my side:
> translate new knowledge, monitoring results and learning into decisions that improve the governance of lifelong learning;
> need for new mechanisms for cooperation among different actors, but to be harmonised with overall system governance;
> non-formal learning is essential for a lifelong learning culture and policies, however integrating formal and non-formal learning is still a challenge;
> entrepreneurship should be recognised as a highly important key competence, widely accessible;
> civil society can foster access to lifelong learning for all and leave none behind.

I attended the "ETF GLAD network meeting on work-based learning" organized by the European Training Foundation (ETF), an opportunity to learn from other countries’’ experiences. I’ll be glad to present the Armenian experience on WBL implementation during the next sessions of the network.
