In Montenegro, the ETF is working with the Ministry of Education and the VET Centre to assist schools to research, plan and deliver their own in-service teacher training. This autumn 5 different schools will each be organising and designing 2 days of training for their own teachers.
In Montenegro, every vocational school has a member of staff that has the responsibility to identify training needs and organise training. These coordinators have come together to build a network - which now operates on Facebook - where they share their experiences and practices. The Coordinators have received some extra funding from ETF which means they can prioritise the needs of the teachers in their schools and choose the trainers they respect to deliver the trainer that works for their teachers!

Below you see teachers at 2 different schools - Medicinska škola and Trgovinska škola - participating in training organised by Adisa Balota and Aleksandra Lalevic that addresses Active Learning. and Communication Skills!
