New teaching skills thanks to Video Pedagogy

In September, Adriana participated in Summer School 2019, a knowledge sharing event organized by Skills for Jobs where she could showcase her experience in video pedagogy. During the demonstration, she explained some ‘dos and don’ts’ when using video to teach cleaning, restaurant and reception services. Adriana benefited from the Video-pedagogy training organized jointly by ETF, Skills for Jobs and National VET Agency on 3-4 September 2019 in Tirana. Based on the skills she gained in this training and her own experience, she was able to demonstrate how to use the Movavi Video Editor software, specifically showing teachers how to remove audio from a video, and then add audio recording of the teacher's voice so the video is customized and can be used for new learning purposes. Other teachers attending this session showed high interest in these techniques and also expressed the desire to share other practices in the use of video in their teaching.
