On Friday 2 December the Community Meetup was organised within the ETF Innovation 2022 Week, with the aim to:
🎯 update the members of the ETF Community of Innovative Educators as well as any other interested participants on the results of the 2022 ETF New Learning Event (28-29 November 2022);
🎯  present the three winning practices of the 2022 ETF Innovative Teaching and Learning Award through the words of their respective innovators; 
 - Theater to strengthen ICT learning, Hédia Mhiri Sellami, Tunisia
 - Escape Room, Katerina Veljković, Serbia
 - STEM Stands Together, Selçuk Yusuf Arslan, Turkey

🎯make an overview of the Community & discuss the Community workplan for 2023 together with the participants, who were able to express their interests and preferences on the future activities of the community through the interactive co-creation session


1289 members, it shows that the Community has the power! How to take the most of it? 

The 2022 ETF Call for innovative teaching and learning practices gives “fuel” for the future activities of the Community of Innovative Educators. Our Community grows thanks to the contribution of all members, is enriched every day with new activities, knowledge, new perspectives, practices.
The webinar gave us an opportunity to make a snapshot about the activities, interact, exchange ideas and reflect on future steps.

Co - creation session: What we are going to do in 2023?
•    All practices are being contacted to be included in the ETF database
•    Clustering of practices will take place for projects, discussions, etc.
•    Introduction of the ETF open badges

Ideas coming from the Community… The co-creation session, with the use of the jamborad resulted in plenty of ideas expressed directly by the community members. We can find among others the following proposals: 

-    More thematic webinars!

Webinars focusing on, e.g.: Enhancing Students' Critical and Analytical Thinking; How to Recognize Students Learning Styles; How do Educators Restructure the Curriculum to Satisfy Students' Needs; Teaching Time Management; Applying Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences to create a new learning approach; The Power of STEM Education in Promoting Career Experience; Initiating Corporate Social Responsibility into Curricular Activities; Virtual empathy and online education; Virtual and augmented reality in the education; Work-related skills; etc
-    More interaction and peer-2-peer learning;
-    Collection and sharing of new methodologies, teaching and learning practices (continue the collection) 
-    Educational projects & more collaboration opportunities; 
-    Enlarge the community
-    Creation of thematic areas/groups

You can still add your ideas:)  Add your post-it to the Jamboard, the link remains open until 9 December. After that we will analyse and present you the results.
