Creating better future is the responsibility of each of us and we should start acting now. Action starts from open dialogue with changemakers and open-minded citizens. During the ETF conference we were introduced new platform ETF open space which gives us chance to keep the professional connections and discuss all education and development related topics.
I work at Academic Lyceum of UzSWLU as an English language teacher and Deputy Principal. As a part of this community I have shared some ideas about the "Future teachers and future schools". Short and sweet, I consider that future schools should:
1. Be stress-free and full of motivation
2. Prepare youth for life with skills
3. Teach how to learn new things
